We source only from the finest artisans and brands, and we test and taste all products to ensure their quality. Many of our products are hand crafted; all are truly special. Our key criterion: every item must be worthy of a woman you adore.

How do I purchase HELLO GOODYBOX?

May I buy HELLO GOODYBOX for multiple women in the same purchase?

Each purchase of HELLO GOODYBOX is associated with a single recipient. In order to purchase HELLO GOODYBOX for different women, please complete each purchase separately. You do not need to create a new Account login, and you may manage multiple subscriptions from a single HELLO GOODYBOX Account.

May I customize what’s in HELLO GOODYBOX?

Much of the fun of HELLO GOODYBOX is in the anticipation of what will be in each box. We take great care curating each box around a fun, seasonal theme, and we include only the most useful, stylish and delicious gift items. If your gift recipient can’t use one of the items in her HELLO GOODYBOX, we hope she’ll enjoy gifting that item to a friend.

Will I know specifically what’s in HELLO GOODYBOX before it arrives?

On the day that each new box becomes available, the contents of that box will be described on hellogoodybox.com. Additionally, on the day that boxes ship, we send the gift giver an email with photos and descriptions for each of the items in that month’s box. For the gift recipient, a product description card is enclosed within every box, to provide information about each item.

How do I replace a missing or damaged item?

We’re so sorry that something was missing or damaged! Please send us an email at hello@hellogoodybox.com, and we’ll send a replacement item to the box recipient.

About GOODeCARD

What is GOODeCARD?

GOODeCARD is a free eCard service offered exclusively to HELLO GOODYBOX buyers and active subscribers. GOODeCARD is customizable with photos and personal messages. It is sent to the gift recipient on the day that each new HELLO GOODYBOX ships, to inform her that the newest HELLO GOODYBOX is on its way and to highlight your custom message.

How do I customize GOODeCARD?

Immediately after purchasing HELLO GOODYBOX, you’ll receive an email with a link to your GOODeCARD Customization page. Follow the simple prompts to upload a photo from your phone or computer, and personalize the written message. It’s quick and painless – we promise! For all subscribers, when it’s time to send the next bimonthly GOODeCARD, we’ll send you an email with a link to your GOODeCARD Customization page.

What if I don’t want to upload a photo?

That’s fine. Every GOODeCARD has an attractive design that works with or without a personal photo.

If I do upload a photo, can I use the same photo for future GOODeCARDS?

Yes. Once you’ve uploaded your first photo to GOODeCARD, that same photo will automatically be uploaded to your next GOODeCARD. You may choose to use that photo, replace it with a new photo, or use the standard design without a photo. It’s entirely up to you.

How often may I customize GOODeCARD?

You may customize GOODeCARD every time it’s sent, occasionally, or never at all – it’s up to you.

What happens if I don’t customize GOODeCARD?

If you choose not to customize GOODeCARD, your gift recipient will receive the bimonthly design and standard message, with your first name signed as the gift giver. We will need you to provide your recipient’s email address on the GOODeCARD Customization page. Please note that GOODeCARD can not be sent unless we have a valid email address for the gift recipient.

Billing

How much does HELLO GOODYBOX cost?

Each HELLO GOODYBOX costs $39, plus $9 Priority Mail shipping. On the bimonthly (every 2 months) subscription plan, shipping is free.

When will I be billed?

When you purchase a single box, or first subscribe to HELLO GOODYBOX, you will be billed at the time of purchase. After shipment of the first box, subscribers will be billed every two months on the 14th of the month following the most recent box shipment.

Note to subscribers: Don’t worry! We will send you an email reminder every two months in advance of your plan renewing, with a description of the upcoming box. You may skip the upcoming box or cancel your subscription at any time prior to renewal.

Do you charge sales tax?

We currently charge sales tax in CA. Please note that the states in which we collect sales tax may be updated at any time to abide by state and federal regulations.

How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel any order not already processed, log into your HELLO GOODYBOX account, look for the “Your Subscription(s)” section of the page, and click the “EDIT” button at the bottom of this section. Then click “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.” Subscriptions are processed on the 14th of each month following the shipment of the last box in the subscription term.

Do you accept returns?

All HELLO GOODYBOX sales are final and nonrefundable. If an item is missing or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@hellogoodybox.com and we’ll send a replacement item to the box recipient.

Shipping

When do boxes ship?

HELLO GOODYBOX will offer six boxes per year: JAN/FEB, MAR/APR, MAY/JUN, JUL/AUG, SEP/OCT, and NOV/DEC. Each of these boxes ships once to each subscription recipient, on a shipping cycle determined by the original date of purchase.

Each individual box purchase as well as the first box in each subscription will ship within 2-3 days of purchase. Subsequent boxes in a subscription purchase will ship every 2 months.

For example:

• For a subscription purchased on April 30, the first box in the subscription will be the MAY/JUN box, which will ship in early May. The next box in that subscription will be the JUL/AUG box, which will ship in early July.

• For a subscription purchased on May 31, the first box in the subscription will be the MAY/JUN box, and it will ship in early June. The next box in that subscription will be the JUL/AUG box, and it will ship in early August.

Can shipments be tracked?

Yes. Upon shipping, an email will be sent to the gift giver, with a package tracking number to track the shipment’s progress.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only. We do ship to PO box addresses, as long as they are within the US. If you would like to purchase HELLO GOODYBOX for someone living in Canada, or at a US Military Address outside of the US, please email us at hello@hellogoodybox.com.

How long does shipping take?

Boxes ship Priority Mail from California, and shipping generally takes between 1-3 days.

My gift recipient lives at a different address for part of the year. What do I do?

No problem. You may update the shipping address at any time, and as often as you like. Simply log in to your account, look for the "Shipping Address" section of the page, and click on the red "EDIT" button at the bottom of this section. Then enter the new address for the subscription. Please be sure that the correct address is marked as the "Default Address" for where the next box should ship.

Tracking says it’s delivered, but HELLO GOODYBOX is missing. What do I do?

If tracking says the box was delivered, but your box is not there, please email us immediately at hello@hellogoodybox.com.

How do I replace a missing or damaged item?

We’re so sorry that something was missing or damaged! Please send us an email at hello@hellogoodybox.com, and we’ll send a replacement item to the box recipient.

What if I forget my password?

No problem. Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the Account login page, and fill in your email address. We’ll send you an email with instructions for how to change your password.

How do I update my Credit Card information?

Log in to your HELLO GOODYBOX account, look for the “Credit Card” section of the page, and click the EDIT button at the bottom of this section. Then enter your updated credit card information.

How do I change the shipping address?

Log into your HELLO GOODYBOX account, look for the “Shipping Address” section of the page, and click the “EDIT” button at the bottom of this section. Then enter the new address for the subscription. Please be sure that the correct address is marked as the “Default Address” for where the next box should ship.

How can I add HELLO GOODYBOX recipients?

To purchase subscriptions for different recipients, please complete each purchase separately. You do not need to create a new Account login, but you do need to complete a separate purchase, with the new recipient’s name and shipping address. You may manage multiple subscriptions within a single HELLO GOODYBOX account.

Where can I track shipments?

You will receive an email when each box ships, with a tracking number for that shipment. You may then track the shipment via the shipping company’s website.
